Hi, I’m Josie

Ever since I was young, my parents have always encouraged me to express my creativity, even if that was covering my walls in Seventeen magazine cutouts, painting signs for local businesses or cutting up my clothes to make something new. From there started the long nights of never ending artistic expression and curiosity.
I am from a very small farm town in Ohio I followed my dreamed to move to Chicago and I’ve lived in Chicago for 3 years. I love exploring new places, reading, meeting new people and food blogging. I have always been super interested in UX because I love how there is so much research involved in the process and each decision is made specifically with the users needs in mind, I think it’s a beautiful process. I really care for people and have always wanted to do something that affects others on a personal level. So that’s how I am here today, to make a difference in others lives.
I have recently completed a 16 week UX bootcamp and I'm more excited than ever to begin my journey in a UX role.
